Jason is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at M45 Capital Partners. He brings more than 20 years of investment expertise in both public and private market investing globally, managing both institutional and private capital.

Prior to M45 Capital Partners, Jason was Head of Public & Private Investments at Wah Hin (Lien Family Office), one of Singapore’s most established single-family offices. Before Wah Hin, Jason was a Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, focused on emerging markets public equities.

Jason started his career at Morgan Stanley as an equity research analyst in 2002 covering various sectors across Asia, and has also worked at Goldman Sachs in the equities division.

Jason graduated from Washington University in St. Louis (Olin Business School) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Leland is a Co-Founder and Strategic Investor of M45 Capital Partners.

Prior to M45 Capital Partners, Leland was a Managing Director focused on business and project development at Pontiac Land, one of Asia’s most established property developers.

Leland started his career at Morgan Stanley in investment banking.  

Leland graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management.

Kenny brings more than 15 years of investment expertise in both public and private market investing globally, managing both institutional and private capital.

Prior to M45 Capital Partners, Kenny was Head of Private Investments at Wah Hin, one of Singapore’s most established single-family offices. Before Wah Hin, Kenny was a Global Real Estate Portfolio Manager at CreditEase Asset Management.

Kenny started his career at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, focused on private equity investing.  

Kenny graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Alex brings more than 15 years of investment expertise in global fixed income from leading institutions.

Prior to M45 Capital Partners, Alex was Head of Portfolio Management at Montrachet Capital. Before Montrachet Capital, Alex was at Royal Bank of Canada and Nomura, specialising in global fixed income.  

Alex started his career at Lehman Brothers as a rates analyst.

Alex graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Psychology.
